What this notice covers
This notice explains the website’s features and the information involved when you access its pages or contact its published email address. It does not describe every service used by BeamNG.Earth, BeamNG.drive, BeamMP, EarthNG or GitHub.
Downloading a mod, running its companion application or joining a game server is separate from browsing this site. Consult those providers’ documentation and privacy information before using their software or services.

This is a description of the request paths, not a claim that every provider stores the same information or uses the same retention period.
Information you choose to send
If you email the website, your message includes your email address, any sender name your email service supplies, the message text and any attachments you add. Use only the information needed to explain your question or correction.
If we receive your email, we use its contents to review your inquiry and, where appropriate, respond or correct the relevant guide. Email delivery also involves the services handling the sender’s and recipient’s mail. This notice does not promise a particular storage location, fixed retention period or immediate deletion from provider backups.
If you have a question about a message you sent, contact us from the same address where possible and identify the relevant conversation. Avoid resending sensitive attachments unnecessarily.
Hosting and technical requests
When your browser requests a page, Cloudflare and the network services handling that request can receive technical information such as an IP address, the requested URL, browser details and request timing. Such information may be processed to deliver the site, handle errors or protect the service.
This website is delivered through Cloudflare Workers. Logging, security and retention behavior depends on the Cloudflare services and settings in use; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy. A static page does not by itself mean that no technical information is processed. This notice makes no guarantee of zero access logs or universal anonymity.
Analytics, advertising and your choices
The site offers separate, optional choices for Google Analytics and Adsterra native advertising. Neither service’s script is requested until you allow its category. You can read the guides without accepting either. Use “Privacy choices” in the footer to review or withdraw permission.
Google Analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 measures page views, navigation and interactions such as scrolling and outbound clicks. Requests can include page addresses, referrer information, browser and device details and cookie-based identifiers. Google processes the connection information needed to receive those requests. We use aggregated reports to understand which guides are useful.
This implementation keeps Google advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalization and Google Signals disabled. It does not send an account ID, contact email or a user profile to Analytics. Avoid putting private information into page URLs. Adsterra Native Banner
If you allow advertising, a labeled Native Banner placement near the end of the homepage and guide pages can load Adsterra’s code from bauval.org and its delivery partners. Requests can include your IP address, browser and device information, page or referrer information and ad interactions. The provider may use cookies or similar technology for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention.
Our configured placement is Native Banner, with adult advertising disabled in the publisher settings. We do not operate the advertising network or control each advertiser’s destination. See Adsterra’s privacy policy and cookie policy. Information and contact pages do not carry this placement.
Preferences and browser storage
We save your choices in your browser’s local storage under earth-privacy-v1, with a timestamp, for up to 180 days. This preference is used on this site and is not an account or a cross-site visitor profile. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice may last only for the current visit.
Withdrawing permission reloads the page to stop previously loaded scripts and attempts to clear this site’s Google Analytics cookies. It does not recall data already sent or delete cookies set on another provider’s domain. You can manage those through your browser’s site-data controls and contact the relevant provider about its retained data.
Hosting and security services may process technical requests separately. Your browser may also cache website files. A privacy choice does not prevent the requests needed to load the website itself.
External websites and software
GitHub release pages, project repositories and community links are operated by third parties. Their privacy practices apply when you visit them. We do not control their accounts, downloads, cookies or request handling.
The mod’s own network requests and geographic data services are outside this website’s operation. For that separate activity, consult the developer’s data-source documentation. It should not be read as a description of this website’s hosting practices.
